This lengthy and continuous experience has taught me to handle most situations that may arise in getting a transaction to the settlement table. I am knowledgeable and up-to-date on all first-time home buyer programs enacted by the Government on the local, state and Federal levels to help first-time buyers achieve the American Dream. For sellers, I will prepare a marketing plan designed to get your home sold in the first 30 days on the market by employing INTERNET state-of-the-art marketing techniques.

My education and training include a BS in mathematics from Huston-Tillotson College, graduate courses at the University of Texas, and hundreds of hours of training in the real estate profession including the Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) designation.
